Heznek Le’Atid operates supplemental educational and guidance programs that aim to reduce social gaps and increase social mobility through education. Specifically, it works to improve the youths' academic achievements and social opportunities Heznek was founded in 2000. And operates 4 programs which . 5,500 serves approximately high school students in 60 locations in the Israeli periphery and in disadvantaged communities from all sectors of Israeli society. Specifically, the program target high school students in grade 10-12 from low socio-econimic backgrounds.., . The programs are:1 . The general Heznek program focuses on helping disadvantaged students attain a full matriculation certificate 2. The Heznek for Excellence program enables pupils with high achievement potential to excel in the sciences and successfully pass their matriculation exams in order to qualify for admission to top university faculties. 3. The Heznek for Technology program aims to prevent youth from dropping out of school and lead them towards technological and professional studies, integrating them in the local industry. 4. The Heznek for the Academy program assists our graduates to integrate in academic studies and provides them with scholarships.
