Continued improvement and expansion of the synagogue, its maintenance and upkeep. Establishment of a benevolent fund to provide interest-free loans to the needy according to clear and public criteria to be determined by the general assembly. Acceptance of donations, vows, gifts, and bequests for the maintenance and improvement of the synagogue and increase of the benevolent fund and fulfillment of all association objectives
