Encouraging competitive sports by providing scholarships to outstanding athletes and coaches from the Eilat unions - the Israeli Federation for Non-Olympic Competitive Sports. Encouraging athletes and coaches for outstanding athletes to engage in training in non-Olympic sports at the highest international level, with emphasis on World Games, World Championships and European Championships, whether through the provision of scholarships and/or in any way the organization sees fit. Realization of competitive potential through proper representation of the State of Israel. Implementation of actions to encourage and promote the athletes supported by the organization, also in other professional fields and/or related fields, as preparation for the day after their retirement from professional sports. To hold and finance all activities supporting the organization's objectives, including seminars, enrichment and team-building activities, professional training courses and training, and actions to promote public relations and publicity.
