The Israeli Academy for Leadership Bnei Zion

The organization aims to educate its students for social involvement and personal responsibility in accordance with Jewish, Zionist, liberal and democratic values. The Alonei Yitzhak Academy was founded in 2015 the specific goal of accommodating young men coming for environments of disillusionment and frustration within Israeli society. Unlike many other young people in Israel, these young men grew-up in an environment of poverty and neglect and that not direct them towards meaningful and positive citizenship. If it wasn't for the Academy, many of these young men would have not the opportunity of national service , other would lack the proper mental and social tools needed for success. Alonei Yitzhak is designed precisely to encourage and promote these young men for leadership roles within Israeli society. Alonei Yitzhak is established in memory of Jordan Ben-Simon Z"L-- a lone soldier lost in combat who served in the elite "Egoz" unit of the Golani Brigade.
