Conducting discussion evenings and projects on topics of Torah and science, Torah and economics, Torah and medicine. Establishing a research and heritage institute and a Torah research institute, disseminating Torah research. Mentoring programs for children, clubs for children with special needs, providing scholarships to needy students, distributing food baskets and clothing to needy families. Integrating people with disabilities and special needs into the workplace. Engaging in welfare matters for the benefit of residents of the region. Establishing and assisting in establishing communal study halls. Encouraging and promoting residence in Givat Samuel, particularly in the Giyora neighborhood, operating a mission team in the city, and activities in education and welfare. Operating as a cohesive group around community, volunteer, and cultural life and contributing to the community according to the values of the State of Israel.
