To hold and operate Yeshiva Har Shalom in Mitzpe Astemoa. To establish, operate and maintain study halls, yeshivas and institutions for studying Torah, to disseminate Torah culture to the general public. To establish, operate and maintain institutions for teacher training. To engage in and handle immigrant absorption, strengthen Jewish settlement, charity and kindness, social issues with youth and adults. Strengthening agriculture and farmers. Establishing a volunteer network in agriculture. Strengthening and empowering Hebrew labor in agriculture and other sectors
