New Association of Female and Male Students in the Kibbutz Seminary (Registered Association)

2.1 Representing association members in all matters concerning them before the college administration. 2.2 The association will work to advance its members in academic, social and welfare areas. 2.3 The association will organize and conduct cultural, social and sports projects for the benefit of students. 2.4 To achieve these goals the association may: 2.4.1 Purchase, sell, rent, hold and manage in any lawful manner any property needed by the association. 2.4.2 Execute contracts of any kind and sign them, sign checks, promissory notes or any other obligation. 2.4.3 Collect membership fees and various payments for its activities and receive donations and subsidies from government institutions, private institutions and individuals. 2.4.4 Establish funds and raise funds for them, publish newspapers, newsletters and publications of any kind. 2.4.5 Distribute scholarships to association members according to transparent and equitable criteria published in advance. 2.4.6 Establish a body/company/economic entity for the student association. 2.4.7 Employ workers.
