Providing shelter, accommodation, and sustenance for homeless youth through the establishment of a suitable structure on land allocated to the organization by the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality (hereinafter: "the structure") and its operation, management, and maintenance for said purpose, in cooperation with the "Beit HaShanti" organization, which will operate, manage, and maintain daily activities and care for youth.
