About

We are "Panim Meirot" community from Har Homa in Jerusalem, a community that includes people from a variety of ethnic groups, different groups of religious streams and different socioeconomic status. It has been 10 years now that our community members are praying in a kindergarten that is in our neighborhood. Gladly the community has been growing, but for now there is no solution for the growing distress of a worthy place to pray in that suits the number of prayers. As of now, our community that counts about a 100 families depends on the good will of one kindergarten teacher. Recently we received an area of land from the city hall to build a synagogue on, but the great amount of money needed to do so is not within our community's ability. And so, we are fundraising donations to help build the synagogue that will be our community's loving home.
