Operating a synagogue in the East Talpiot neighborhood of Jerusalem that will serve as a center for prayer, study, and other cultural and social activities in order to strengthen Jewish faith and religion and bring community members and neighborhood residents closer together. In the future, building a new structure for the existing synagogue to serve the expanding needs of the growing community.
