Providing cultural, Torah-based, and educational solutions for youth during daytime hours and especially during evening and Shabbat eve hours, as an alternative to youth loitering that could lead to violence and delinquency. Activities that will prevent youth idleness that could lead them to violence and delinquency, to create awareness among youth and adults that there is a cultural and Torah-based shelter during leisure hours.
