World Scouts

To educate a Jewish Israeli generation on the values of Zionism while forming and shaping the Jewish-Israeli and Zionist identity of Jewish youth around the world. To establish, develop, maintain and preserve relationships with groups of the "Hebrew Scouts Movement" around the world. To work to develop and strengthen meaningful relationships between the Israeli community and the Jewish community around the world. To impart and instill values of independence, personal and social responsibility among Jewish youth while striving to design and establish young Jewish leadership in the spirit of the Scouts movement. To work to preserve Israeli Zionist identity markers with emphasis on the Hebrew language among Jewish youth around the world. Representation and promotion of Israeli Jewish culture abroad. Strengthening the Jewish, Israeli and Zionist identity of Hebrew Scouts members in Israel. Development and operation of educational frameworks and activities in Israel for participants from abroad and young immigrants. To participate and cooperate with any organization with goals similar to those of the organization, provided that the joint activity is within the scope of the organization's goals, accompanied by a signed agreement from the other organization and appropriate budget documents, and that both the organization and the other organization will carry out the joint activity. To initiate and participate in initiatives for projects and events that include fundraising from the public in Israel and around the world and recruiting support and budgets from various sources, to realize and advance the goals of the organization
