Cultivating Zionist leadership driven by a sense of mission and love of homeland, while strengthening the social periphery in the State of Israel in general and in the Galilee region in particular through: educational courses, trips and volunteer activities. Enriching the spiritual world of youth program participants based on the values of the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. Operating a pre-military preparatory program: to educate program participants in loyalty to the State of Israel and identification with it as a Jewish, Zionist and democratic state as understood in the Declaration of Independence and Basic Laws of the State of Israel, and love of the people and land. To educate program participants to enlist in full, quality and meaningful military service in the IDF, in volunteer and combat units, in command and officer tracks, according to their abilities and skills, and in accordance with IDF requirements. To prepare program participants physically and spiritually for integration into the IDF. To establish and enrich the spiritual world of program participants and increase their self-confidence and faith in their path. To cultivate young leadership, involvement and social impact among program participants and graduates during and after their military service. The organization will work to acquire equipment and organize hiking and vehicle trips to preserve and commemorate heritage and history in the areas of the organization's activity in general and in the north in particular. Additionally, the organization will allow use of its assets when necessary, with emphasis on emergency times for the effort to defend the country's northern borders
