The Shira Pransky Foundation

The Shira Pransky Foundation promotes the accessibility of health services and social services for the English speaking immigrant community in Israel, through information distribution, and collaboration with health and social service providers. By establishing relationships with healthcare and social service providers, collaborating on outreach initiatives and providing translation services, we empower institutions to improve the accessibility of the support they offer. At the same time, we advocate for organizations to recognize and commit to addressing the English speaking community's needs. We also publish and publicize clear information about accessing healthcare rights, benefits and services in organized and navigable platforms, providing direct information resources to patients, as well as resources for support organizations and personnel. We also facilitate an online community for information sharing and networking between patients and among those involved in providing support.
