Establishment of a home for every horse whose owner has no suitable place to raise it. Care for horse welfare and guidance for the general public and horse owners in particular in proper care, responsibility and proper treatment in the care and raising of horses. Prevention of harm and suffering to horses resulting from lack of knowledge and experience of horse owners. Promotion of horse breeds in southern Israel and in Beersheba in particular, to assist people and children in distress through animal care, to conduct volunteer activities in institutions with emotional and health care using horses and animals, to conduct therapeutic activities in horseback riding and animal care, to assist the municipality of Beersheba and surrounding areas in caring for abandoned animals.
