Initiating and developing educational and social projects and programs, deepening education in the values of religious Zionism as expressed in the Hamad ideology. Providing assistance and support to educational institutions and educational teams. Fostering excellence in religious and core subjects. Promoting the status and image of state religious education in Israel before government ministries and the public. Providing research scholarships to those advancing these fields.
