We believe that in order to create a better, more just and more equal Israeli society, the fostering of young Bedouin leadership is a must which, will promote equality of rights and allow for better cohabitation of the Negev.
The project will work to develop Bedouin leadership through the creation of a leadership and social entrepreneurship incubator. The incubator will help participants to develop life skills that will allow them to act as change leaders. It will seek to integrate its graduates into the working and academic worlds, and based on their inclinations, maximise their potential and instill confidence in their abilities. Participants will be encouraged to maintain their cultural identity, thus creating a distinctive Bedouin leadership style.
