Operation of study halls for Torah and education, including kollel, yeshiva, Torah school, kindergartens, publishing, Gemach fund. To initiate, encourage, establish, and support the establishment of mission-driven Torah communities and kernels established throughout Israel, with emphasis on establishing kernels and communities among the ultra-Orthodox and religious population, and to coordinate and assist the needs of communities and kernels before the relevant public authorities.
