Establishing through self-construction residential areas or zones in Efrat for association members and their families only, in order to improve living conditions and quality of life for members accepted to the association according to criteria to be determined by it, including the following provisions: each member will finance the full cost of assets to which they are entitled as a result of membership in the association or in connection with it. Donated funds, grants, aid, gifts, and allowances, if given to the association, will be used solely for public purposes, such as association expenses as a corporation, public buildings, infrastructure, etc. The association's assets and revenues serve only the purposes of the association and distribution of profits or benefits in any form among its members is prohibited
