The organization will, God willing, establish study centers in the peripheries (settlements where no such centers exist) that will serve as a center for anyone who wishes to come and draw from the fountain of Torah. The organization will operate on several levels to achieve its goal and will work in areas such as: study partnerships in all fields of study, evening classes, lectures given by external parties on current topics. This center will be staffed by Torah scholars whose learning is their craft, who will be carefully selected, God willing, and will provide answers to Jews seeking companionship in study and a guide in the ways of the Talmud, Jewish law, etc.
