Promoting and expanding the professional training of laboratory and research workers. Counseling and social support for laboratory and research workers. Holding learning and training frameworks for the purpose of developing and expanding the professional knowledge and horizons of laboratory and research workers. Distributing publications and professional literature of laboratory and research workers. Initiating multidisciplinary meetings and training for those engaged in medicine and those engaged in laboratories and research. Caring for welfare activities among the organization's members, in any way, providing scholarships and/or grants and/or gifts to laboratory workers for the purpose of training and also to those who worked to promote and upgrade organizational knowledge in their workplace and also excelled in their work
