To establish in self-construction a residential area or areas in Hazor HaGalil for its members only and their family members, (hereinafter: residential area), in order to improve living conditions and quality of life of members who will be accepted to the organization according to criteria to be determined by it, and among other things the following provisions will apply: each member will finance the full cost of the assets to which he will be entitled as a result of his membership in the organization or in connection with it. Donation funds, grants, assistance, gifts and allowances, if given to the organization, will be used for public purposes only, such as the organization's expenses as a corporation, public buildings, infrastructure, and the like. The organization's assets and income are used only for the organization's purposes and distribution of profits or benefits in any form, among its members, is prohibited
