Hope For Parkinsons

A program of information, support and action to help people with Parkinson be proactive in coping with their disease. Our program of action includes approximately 20 hours of zoom classes per week, with a focus on physical activity, which has been shown to delay the disease, as well as 2 weekly 4- hour in person sessions that include speech therapy or song, fine motor therapy and Parkinson specific exercise.
