To work to promote and raise awareness of the spirit of volunteerism and giving. To work to create a civil society with shared responsibility, mutual guarantee, concern and giving to others throughout the country, regardless of religion, race, gender and/or nationality. To work and assist children belonging to populations in the weaker strata by establishing a broad-based public support and volunteering system, the purpose of which is to enable every child in Israel to have an environment that supports learning and personal development without lacking the basic needs for this. To carry out any other legal acts in order to promote the goals detailed above and for any additional goal related to the aforementioned goals.
