Management of a MATNAS (community center) in Ashkelon. Representation of the region and its residents in the matters of the local authority where the center operates. Community activities among the population in the jurisdiction of the local authority where the center operates, at all levels, with participation in these activities. Cultivation of the culture and traditions of community members. Encouragement and implementation of welfare activities for the benefit of the entire community and population, with participation and involvement of residents. Improvement of quality of life and leisure culture in the community. Development and encouragement of community activities, including social, educational, sports, culture, and leisure activities. Organization of cultural and entertainment events, lectures, and theatrical performances. Care for and strengthening of vulnerable populations. Execution of community, cultural, educational, and sports activities, including on subjects and topics as detailed above, in coordination and connection with society and in cooperation with it. All association activities shall be within the framework of law and justice in the State of Israel.
