Establishment of a volunteer framework to assist in caring for children for families with difficult daily schedules; operation of a framework for at-risk youth after school hours; establishment of a system for distributing food baskets to needy families for Sabbaths and holidays; establishment of a system for basic meals for postpartum women in the days after birth; operation of kindergartens in central Israel with emphasis on instilling values and quality education while maintaining high pedagogical standards; priority for kindergarten placement and subsidization shall be given to children from large families or families at risk with youth in difficulty
