Maximizing human and social resources, significant assistance and contribution to Israeli society. To initiate, establish and operate services for children, adults and women and those with special needs including diagnosis, treatment, nursing, education and rehabilitation, promotion, cultivation and development and establishment of education, culture, welfare and health services in the State of Israel. Development and establishment of general education services, including pre-mandatory and mandatory kindergartens for regular education, and special education, afternoon programs, development and establishment of day care centers, systems and educational frameworks for young children, schools of all types including special education schools, technological schools and/or vocational training schools, schools for sciences, equipped schools, transportation schools, elementary schools of all types, middle schools, high schools and colleges for vocational training. Development of personal and community resilience in Israeli society as a whole alongside provision of trauma-focused individual treatments. Providing solutions for trauma victims both at the community level and at the individual level, conducting and holding workshops and training courses for professional teams in relevant education, welfare and health institutions, for community support groups and for regional and local emergency teams
