To be a body acting to improve and preserve the employment conditions and welfare of firm employees, To promote and advance the status of accountants in the firm in particular and in the State of Israel in general, To organize and finance, in full or in part (subsidized), welfare activities for firm employees in the form of events, parties, vacations, benefits and discounts at businesses and fairs, both within the firm's areas and outside of it, To provide professional and social services to accountants in the State of Israel, with emphasis on employed accountants in the Big Five accounting firms in the State of Israel, To organize and finance, in full or in part (subsidized), activities to enrich firm employees through lectures, clubs and workshops, both within the firm's areas and outside of it, To organize and finance in full or in part (subsidized) cultural activities for firm employees in the form of performances (in and outside the firm), theater tickets, talent competitions and publishing a newspaper for firm employees, To organize, finance, in full or in part (subsidized), sports activities for firm employees in the form of sports days, sports competitions of the workplace, both within the firm's areas and outside of it, To finance, in full or in part (subsidized) health and dental treatments for employees, according to uniform criteria established by the organization, To provide scholarships and/or grants and/or participation in financing medical expenses (including surgeries) and/or other financial assistance to needy employees and/or their family members, due to difficult socioeconomic conditions and/or due to ongoing medical problems, within the framework of mutual aid among firm employees and based on uniform criteria established by the organization, To provide the organization's services to firm employees' families and retirees of the firm who were firm employees, To cooperate with employee committees in other workplaces and commercial entities to provide services to firm employees in the areas of the organization's activities and in additional areas related to welfare, To grant loans to firm employees according to criteria to be determined by the general assembly
