Organizing, managing and operating climbing activities in Tel Aviv, participating in various competitions in an organized manner within a structured league, sports federation or sports union or within an amateur and/or non-professional sports framework, developing, promoting and encouraging the climbing sport as well as nurturing athletes in their field of activity, managing and operating climbing facilities for public benefit, certifying professionals including course builders, instructors, coaches and judges through the union's school.
