Establishment and management of a Torah, community, social and educational center including activities for spreading Judaism, Torah classes, workshops, home circles, establishment of a study hall, yeshiva students and yeshiva; distribution of scholarships and assistance to families with limited means; the center will organize activities for children, youth and adults, such as: bar mitzvah including study assistance with ritual objects purchase etc.; counseling, guidance and accompaniment for couples on matters of marriage and family life; friendship project
