Establishing and/or assisting in establishing Torah educational institutions for boys and girls of all ages, providing financial assistance, grants and loans to Torah and charity organizations, particularly educational institutions, yeshivas and synagogues, providing financial assistance through one-time or regular monthly donations as well as loans to Torah scholars and needy families, contributing to the publication of Torah books and writings as well as books about the lives of Torah scholars in the Jewish people, providing financial assistance to organizations engaged in spreading Torah, return to Judaism, and strengthening Jewish identity in the State of Israel
