To establish and/or build a spacious synagogue where community members and their families can pray and also any visitor who respects the prayer style and customs of Chabad, to establish and maintain religious community activities according to Halacha and the Shulchan Aruch and in accordance with the instructions of the Rebbe of Lubavitch while maintaining political or sectarian independence, association members will do everything to achieve and establish everything that contributes to strengthening Judaism, to hold Torah lessons, gatherings, Shabbat and holiday meals and/or special activities for adults and/or youth of all ages in the synagogue itself and/or in private homes and/or in any suitable place, to organize assemblies and/or festive meals on special days and/or Israeli holidays, to hold joyful events including festive meals such as circumcision, bar mitzvah, wedding blessings and more, to establish Chabad educational institutions for all ages. Starting from nursery, kindergarten through schools, Torah schools, yeshiva, the synagogue will be an address for every Jewish matter for the community starting with phone responses, internet and/or human responses to questions on Judaism topics, checking tefillin and mezuzot, house dedications and more, charitable work with the community in every possible area, providing support for the needy, providing scholarships for Torah students, establishing a yeshiva for Torah study, association members will manage and ensure training of suitable people as rabbis/lecturers/ and/or for any Jewish activity whatsoever, association members will initiate projects to spread Judaism and Chassidut in a variety of ways from media and internet to worldwide activities, to organize trips within Israel and abroad in accordance with one of the goals of spreading and strengthening Judaism and Chassidut, training rabbis/lecturers and more, assistance to the activities of any Jewish institution or body
