To work for the study and strengthening of Torah study and values for Italian-speaking Jews and for Jews in general including: assistance for at-risk youth, lessons to the public in Jerusalem and throughout the country and abroad, lessons through various media, publication of useful materials, publication of books, pamphlets and the like, directing to various institutions, assistance with technical and halachic issues in fertility and various topics, guidance of brides and married women, lessons for women on the weekly Torah portion, women's strengthening evenings, assistance to the needy and distribution of scholarships, assistance regarding issues in Torah psychology (not in place of psychological consultation), response to halachic questions and in other areas of Judaism
