Strengthening and developing settlement in the Land of Israel. Support for nonprofit organizations working effectively in their fields in one of the following public purposes: religion, education, science, health, relief or sports, and another purpose approved by the Minister of Finance as a public purpose. To direct donations through the organization to the aforementioned organizations in accordance with donor guidelines and subject to all applicable law, to encourage and educate a culture of giving, philanthropy and donations among the general public to strengthen settlement in the Land of Israel
