Establishment of a full-day kollel that will deal with bringing close the distant and a network of Torah study sessions and charity activity, delivery of Torah lessons on a variety of topics in Judaism, in the yeshiva itself and outside of it in wide distribution by the head of the yeshiva, Rabbi Israel Stroll, study circles for the first day of the month, memorial gatherings and various tikkunim (spiritual corrections) in the yeshiva itself for the merit of the many, expansion of activities and delivery of lessons to Torah scholars within the kollel framework, strengthening trips to the graves of the righteous in Israel and worldwide, seminars and strengthening Shabbats, expansion of activities to the full-day kollel, including the study of Jewish law, Talmud and Jewish law authorities, development and dissemination of Torah lessons to the general population, establishment of charity institutions that will help the needy in the city and beyond, establishment of a women's mikvah (ritual bath) in the city of Tirat HaKarmel, establishment of a men's mikvah in the city of Tirat HaKarmel, permanent synagogue for the yeshiva in Tirat HaKarmel
