Working to deepen the study of Chabad Hasidic philosophy, Torah of Israel in general, its values and commandments and their transmission to the entire public including children and youth, and establishing for them regular and supplementary study frameworks, including clubs, camps and summer activities of their kind, establishing a Gmach fund, establishing and maintaining mikvahs and their maintenance, helping the public observe Torah commandments and Chabad customs, working to bring hearts together, unite the people, ensure public welfare, peace and security, spiritual absorption of new immigrants, assisting and encouraging those in need of all kinds including: the sick, elderly, new immigrants, bereaved families, terror victims and anyone in need of help and encouragement. Operating assistance and charity projects for them, implementing and disseminating the ideas of Chabad Hasidim according to the teaching and directive of Chabad Rebbes in general and the Rebbe, leader of our generation in particular, operating and building educational institutions.
