The organization will promote the protection of pensioners' rights in the pension field and/or in the welfare field according to collective agreements in effect in the company, the organization will maintain contact with pensioners and work to promote various needs suited to this population in the fields of welfare and health, including providing advice and guidance for obtaining various rights, the organization will create interaction and cooperation between retirees, the organization will establish a social network for information transfer, the organization will provide the best, effective and coordinated response to the varied needs of an employee in preparation for retirement and after retirement, the organization will work in all matters related to pensioners of the Klal Insurance and Financial group who join the organization and pay annual membership fees or annual partnership fees, the organization will organize and finance, in full or in part (subsidized), from its establishment date and on an ongoing basis, activities for the welfare of members and partners of the organization in the framework of events, parties, vacations, trips, benefits and discounts in various businesses and exhibitions - whether in the insurance and financial fields or in other fields, the organization will organize and finance, in full or in part (subsidized) welfare activities in the field of leisure culture including performances, lectures, clubs and workshops, theater appointments, membership in sports and fitness clubs, cultural enrichment and organization of social activity for the members and partners of the organization, cooperation with pensioners' organizations in other workplaces and various corporations in order to provide services to organization members and partners in the fields of the organization's activity and in additional fields related to welfare
