Commemorating Dr. Amer Dauber, which will be expressed in promoting the values he upheld, at their center - seeing the other person and the desire to help anyone who needs assistance, including weak populations, values that expressed the basis of Amer's human perception as a doctor and person, promotion of equal opportunities among medical students including providing professional training and encouraging disadvantaged populations in medical studies in Israel, promotion of the "human" aspect in doctors' work and patient dignity, encouraging medical and/or academic research among medical students in Israel
