Establishment, maintenance and management of a synagogue, establishing a prayer house, Torah activities and assistance to the needy: a. Opening a kollel for married men (morning, afternoon, evening) and distributing scholarships to kollel students. b. Establishing a study hall and rabbinical court for financial matters. c. Distributing newsletters on Sabbaths and holidays. d. Operating enrichment clubs for children and youth. e. Operating a charitable loan fund to assist needy families including: collection and purchase of food products and food vouchers and distribution to needy families, collection and purchase of other products such as (clothing, electrical appliances, equipment for new mothers, etc.) and distribution to needy families
