Establishing a kollel for married scholars and a study hall, establishing a library, studying sacred subjects such as: Torah scribal arts, ritual slaughter for youth and adults, delivering Torah lessons, organizing prayers at the graves of righteous individuals, assisting the needy, women in childbirth and the sick, distributing food baskets and shopping vouchers to disadvantaged families, establishing charitable loan funds, writing Torah scrolls for commemoration and distributing them to synagogues at no cost
