Establishing a dedicated facility including: an industrial kitchen adapted for providing assistance and employing those with mild disabilities in which meals and assistance will be provided to those in need and their families. It will also include adapted classrooms where assistance will be provided in various areas such as leisure, employment, studies, treatments, fulfilling their personal dreams, guidance toward married life, establishing frameworks adapted to accompany at any age those with disabilities who have no suitable answer in the community, establishing a volunteer and transportation system, building funds for financial and economic assistance, and any means deemed appropriate as improving quality of life and easing the burden on those with disabilities, those in need and their family members
