Promoting projects for women, and general projects that build bridges between the ultra-Orthodox religious sector and the broader public in Israel, promoting women's leadership including in the ultra-Orthodox religious sector and creating programs and content for women's empowerment, promoting women in general and ultra-Orthodox religious women in particular in the fields of education, higher education and appropriate employment - promoting women in general and ultra-Orthodox religious women in particular in the fields of education, higher education and appropriate employment - establishing/promoting/leading certificate studies and training for the advancement of women's employment in cooperation with colleges in the ultra-Orthodox sector, employment and placement, providing an economic, emotional, spiritual and educational envelope to girls/women at risk and/or in complex life situations - assisting girls at risk and/or those separated from family by providing a warm home in boarding conditions, guidance and accompaniment until home building, also providing assistance in financing studies and accompaniment toward life and establishing a home in Israel, to identify ultra-Orthodox and religious women of values and professionalism, with the ability to create change, to professionalize their personal abilities and leadership ability and help them integrate into leading positions in public and social governance in Israel, to promote ethical social action by ultra-Orthodox and religious women operating and influencing in the community space - strengthening social economic resilience and promoting a sense of social responsibility. To establish training programs for leadership, entrepreneurship and leading social and policy processes in practice, establishing and supporting a community of ultra-Orthodox and religious leadership (network of graduates) that promotes social initiatives, to create partnerships with professional bodies for the purpose of training the women and achieving the social initiatives through the implementation stage inclusive
