The organization operates in accordance with the principles and tradition of Freemasonry and its objectives are: to unite women of all backgrounds and religions who aspire to be members with a high level of commitment in order to serve all humanity, to represent spiritual values for the sake of brotherhood and mutual assistance, to support and assist in cultural, philosophical and educational activities. In accordance with the objectives detailed in this section, the organization intends to hold meetings with women and raise issues and ideas for courses of action to promote women's rights in the workplace and wage equality between men and women, to conduct surveys of women from different sectors and underdeveloped areas in order to promote the status of those women and inform them about their rights in various matters.
