To work for the protection and promotion of the interests of day care frameworks and organization members, to provide organization members with advice regarding their activities, to develop and maintain relationships with similar organizations in the world, to serve as a representative organization representing day care frameworks supervised by the relevant body in the Israeli government (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Services), in front of authorities of government, including the Knesset of Israel, government ministries, local authorities, and also in front of private and public persons and bodies in Israel and abroad
