Establishment and management of study halls and community institutions, teaching houses, Torah libraries and ritual baths and management of general community activities for different age groups, establishment and management of Torah and educational institutions for all age groups, including daycare centers, kindergartens, elementary and secondary schools, middle schools and institutions for professional training as well as Torah academies, yeshivas, off-season yeshivas and study halls for advanced scholars, including full boarding conditions, conducting Torah and educational activities in institutions and in relation to them and supporting students of these institutions and graduates as mentioned, among other things by distributing various types of scholarships in connection with their studies, distribution of religious items, clothing, equipment, food and the like, preparing children for bar and bat mitzvah as well as grooms and brides for married life and working with youth and the elderly, establishment and management of charity funds, charity and welfare enterprises, marriage and childbirth assistance projects and helping the disabled, isolated elderly, sick and their family members through distribution of food baskets and holiday and festival grants as well as through multi-disciplinary rehabilitation programs, encouraging volunteering in the community and excellence among Torah students, disseminating Torah and Hasidic publications, conducting prayers throughout the year, organizing Torah classes, clubs, social-cultural activities, memorial events and Torah-educational lectures for all age groups, men and women, conducting activities for immigrant absorption in the community and maximizing the immigrant's rights as well as assisting immigrants
