Advancing Israeli society as a model society with resilience and cohesion and Israel as a prosperous and secure Jewish and democratic state in the spirit of the values of the Declaration of Independence, including through:
1. Developing a new nationwide leadership stratum through training, seminars and collaboration to encourage entry into public service and promote professional capabilities of public employees, encouraging volunteering, creating alliances and social cohesion, promoting a Jewish-democratic worldview and advancing values of the Zionist covenant.
2. Promoting value and identity education among students of the secular-Jewish stream in Israel, including through: pedagogical development, training, mentoring of educational teams, representation and developing partnerships, based on a sense of responsibility to all of Israeli society.
3. Developing concepts, ideas and policy programs to increase social cohesion and governmental effectiveness, and promoting them through various means, including thought, research, publishing policy papers, legal activities and cooperation with various entities
