Encouragement and fostering of study groups in the spirit of the Zionist movement, in Israel and abroad, in order to deepen Zionist awareness and Jewish identity among youth and young adults in Israeli society, immigrants and Jews in the diaspora, initiate and conduct leadership and training programs for students. Leading study groups before and after military service within pre-military academies, civilian academic frameworks, regional councils, local authorities and cities, while connecting center and periphery, serve as a center for educational and pro-social activities, through implementation of short and long-term programs for leadership training, spiritual and educational development for youth and young adults in Israel. Encourage and direct young people to work in centers of influence in the State of Israel. Maintaining connections with alumni and former leaders, education for social entrepreneurship and excellence. Encouraging establishment of social initiatives addressing real and existing needs in Israeli society, fostering excellence, leadership and influence in Israeli society
