To establish, found, operate and maintain volunteers, organizations, groups and individuals to provide responses to community and medical needs and charitable, compassionate and joyful activities and assistance in hospitals and institutions for disadvantaged populations, individuals, struggling youth and terror victims and their families. Activity to assist soldiers, and establishment and management of activity centers in these areas and a rehabilitation center.
