Dissemination of Torah culture to the general public, psychological rehabilitation and support for at-risk youth, publication and distribution of newsletters, establishing a new nucleus for community activities in Beit Shemesh, establishing yeshivas, kollels, Torah classes, lectures, workshops, between-seasons yeshiva, a Torah guidance center for halakhic questions and Torah research, guidance for Diaspora Jewry in Russian and English, activities and distribution of prizes for children and youth, support for families in distress through food distribution, grants and interest-free loans
