Establishing and operating a Torah community nucleus which will include: establishing and operating a community center, cultural center, library, study centers, rabbinical court, kollel, daycare center for infants and establishing a study hall, encouraging establishment of additional Torah community nucleuses through training rabbis and leaders, providing financial assistance and distributing food baskets to needy families, operating charity dining halls and holding discounted sales for the needy, assistance to at-risk youth, delivering lectures, Torah classes and cultural activities, supporting individuals and associations engaged in these matters.
